LEICESTER and Belle Vue have agreed a re-staging date for their ROWE Motor Oil Premiership fixture at the Pidcock Motorcycles Arena, Beaumont Park.
The meeting was called off due to the weather on the opening night of the season, but it has now been slotted into the schedule on Thursday April 18 (7.30pm).
It makes for a busy month of home matches for the Watling JCB Lions, who also have league clashes with Sheffield and Birmingham on their own circuit, and a KO Cup tie against Ipswich on Easter Monday (April 1).
Before all that, the Lions continue their league campaign with a trip to King’s Lynn this Thursday (March 28).
Supporters are also reminded that the Lion Cubs will be on track this Wednesday evening for their press and practice session.
The stadium will be open to fans from 6.30pm to watch Dave Howard’s side go through their paces ahead of their WSRA NDL opener at Belle Vue on Good Friday (1pm).
